Thank you for shopping at Cheongsamology. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
- It must have all original tags attached.
- It must be in its original packaging.
You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us through our Contact page. If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend returning your original purchase for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. All our transactions are processed through PayPal, and your refund will be issued to your PayPal account. Please remember that it can take some time for PayPal and your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Payment Processing
For your security, we use PayPal to process all payments. Cheongsamology does not collect or store any of our customers’ credit card details.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
